Amanda is a white settler of British, French, and Irish ancestry, born and raised on the unceded traditional territories of the Ktunaxa and Secw´epemc Peoples. She currently lives on the traditional, unceded territories of the Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw. She holds a Master of Public Policy degree from Simon Fraser University and undergraduate degrees in international development and history from St. Mary’s University (Halifax) and the University of Calgary. Amanda has more than fifteen years of experience working in diverse areas of social change, including climate justice, immigration, responsible investment, corporate social responsibility, and evaluation. Her work in evaluation is grounded in equity and strong reciprocal relationships.
