Charity is a member of Tŝideldel First Nation and has mixed Tsilhqot'in and European ancestry. She grew up on the lands of the Scw’exmx, comprised of five bands from the Nłeʔkepmxc and Syilx Okanagan Nations. Charity completed her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of British Columbia – Okanagan. After graduation she went on to complete two internships, collaborating in various ways with Indigenous nations, communities, and organizations. Charity is passionate about working in a space that prioritizes collaboration with Indigenous communities and using Indigenous knowledge and ways of knowing. She is grateful for the opportunity to work with, and learn from, Reciprocal Consulting.
