Giana is an Ojibway member of the Eabametoong First Nation, raised in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. Currently enrolled at McGill, she is completing her third year in a Bachelor’s of Social Work. Giana spent her second year of university as an intern providing psychosocial support to Indigenous students, and continues her journey in a third year internship working collaboratively with Indigenous communities. Giana is eager to pursue social justice and equity throughout her career. She is beyond grateful to work alongside Reciprocal Consulting and contributing to a strengths-based approach to research and evaluation.
