Amy has Cree and White (Russian, Irish, Scottish, and English) ancestry. She has lived on the unceded, ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw, and mi ce:p kʷətxʷiləmNations since 2016. Amy deeply values Indigenous knowledge and ways of knowing. She holds a Masters in Public Health in which she focused on ethics, community-based approaches, and social determinants of health, and is grateful to have worked in community-based organizations and research in Indigenous health over the last several years. She feels honoured to be part of the Reciprocal Consulting team and is passionate about supporting meaningful change towards a more just, healthy and connected future.
