Maya Swift

Maya is a Tsilhqot’in member of the Esdilagh First Nation. Maya was born and raised on the unceded lands of the K'ómoks people. In 2021 she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Studies and Environmental Studies at the University of Victoria. She loves Victoria and enjoys being on the Island, so she is still living on the unceded territories of the WSANEC and Lekwungen speaking peoples. Maya is grateful to start her career out of school with Reciprocal Consulting and is excited about the opportunity to advocate for the things she cares about.
